These entities aim to provide services to our veterans experiencing a wide range of circumstances. We hope that by utilizing at least one of the resources below, you and/or your loved one(s) can get the help you deserve.

Veterans Community Project (VCP) – Longmont

For Veterans experiencing a wide range of issues. VCP is a two-fold program that features The Veteran Outreach Center (a walk-in center to serve as a one-stop-shop for every type of veteran facing every type of problem) & VCP Village (a planned tiny home community designed to get homeless Veterans off the street and transition them to permanent housing)

For Veterans & their families who may be experiencing homelessness. Services provided include long-term housing, transportation, therapy, emergency assistance, clinical case management, & childcare assistance.
